![]() A new year has recently begun and with that I've made a personal commitment to start this blog to share thoughts and lessons, insights and inspirations. I welcome your comments. We've just wrapped up another hectic holiday season which this year brought more frenetic moments that I care to recall. On top of that I sold my house and moved during the holiday season so it felt especially busy and stressful trying to settle into a new home while attempting to make time to spend time with family and friends. I welcome the new year because I've always enjoyed creating my goals for the next twelve months. Yesterday I felt I finally got most everything down on paper and it was daunting. My goodness, do I have a lot of goals! I don't think I want to remove any of them from my list and yet I found myself asking, "How do I stay centered enough to move forward on so many fronts successfully?" This morning I decided to meditate on the phrase, "Peace of Mind" to discover what came up for me. The message was clear and meaningful. Maybe it was only meant for me...and maybe you can resonate with it as well. It was: PEACE OF MIND STEMS FROM THE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR PERSONAL BELIEF SYSTEM ALONG WITH THE KNOWING THAT REGARDLESS OF THE "STUFF" THAT COMES YOUR WAY, YOU ARE LOVED AND SAFE. ALL IS ALWAYS WELL. So tell me, if you were to edit this blog entry, what would peace of mind sound like for you? Comments are closed.
